All beats purchased on Dolphus.org contain these terms, unless negotiated otherwise separately. You may use the beat in for profit live performances. You are only allowed to accumulate 100,000 streams on an audio streaming platform, distribute a maximum 4,000 physical or digital copies of a track that includes the beat before requiring to purchase additional (unlimited) rights to that beat. You also can only produce 1 music video for a track that includes a beat, and only broadcast a track that includes a beat to a maximum of 1 radio station before requiring to purchase additional (unlimited) rights to that beat.
